Несмотря на огромный корпус исторических и методических публикаций, отражающих историю и эволюцию советского внешкольного образования, до сих пор не было предпринято попыток описания его модели. С опорой на исторические и нормативные документы, на анализ академических исследований в контексте институционального подхода мы предлагаем собственную интерпретацию модели и ееэлементов, максимально унифицированную и освобожденную от исторического контекста и периодов развития системы.
