Abstract
This work continues a series of articles that present a complete
consolidated picture of the Federal State Educational Standards
(FSES) existing today. The first part described the problem associated with the mixing of the functional purposes of the FSES and considered the main stages of their evolution since 1992. The presented work examines the key differences between the replaced and the current generations of the FSES. The results of a review of works devoted to the Federal State Educational Standard are also presented. Despite the important role of the Federal State Educational Standard in the field of education, a systematic study
of the standards themselves is practically not carried out due to
constant significant changes, a large amount of information, and
mixing of different functions in one document. In the future, the
author will propose new methods for studying the Federal State
Educational Standard, necessary for the adequacy and scientific
justification of future changes in standardization.
