ЭТИЧЕСКИЕ КОДЕКСЫ В УНИВЕРСИТЕТАХ: что и как они регулируют?

Abstract
Этические проблемы в вузах все чаще освещаются в российских СМИ и активно обсуждаются в университетском пространстве.
Исследователи отмечают, что этическое регулирование в российских вузах сегодня не является развитым и эффективным. В такой ситуации
крайне актуальным может стать изучение опыта зарубежных вузов, которые гораздо раньше начали процесс разработки этической инфраструктуры. В данной работе авторы проанализировали этические кодексы ведущих мировых вузов и систематизировали информацию об объектах,
способах и процедурах этического регулирования в университетах. Результаты работы могут послужить основой для создания этических кодексов, которые наилучшим образом будут соответствовать миссии, целям и задачам конкретного университета. Результаты также могут использоваться для дальнейшего исследования формирования и развития этического регулирования в российских вузах.
