Abstract

В статье рассматриваются факторы, определяющие общий уровень и окладную часть заработной платы педагога в действующем нормативном правовом поле и в рамках бюджетных ограничений. Анализируются преимущества и недостатки применяемых в регионах Российской
Федерации систем оплаты труда, в том числе с точки зрения влияния на ее общий уровень, окладную часть и другие параметры. Предлагается введение системы оплаты труда на основе нормированного ученико-часа с ограничением учитываемой наполняемости, формируемой на основе целевых параметров и нормативных требований к заработной плате педагога
