КАК СТАНОВЯТСЯ «ОЛИМПИАДНИКАМИ»: продвигающая сила школы

Abstract

На материале Всероссийской олимпиады школьников представлена попытка выявления продвигающей силы школы — практик, через которые школа готовит, поддерживает и поощряет учеников в их участии в олимпиадном движении.
Во второй части нашего исследования мы предлагаем сосредоточиться на двух практиках — на поддержке школьников в подготовке к олимпиадам и поощрении их за олимпиадные заслуги. Респонденты — 61 призер и победитель ВсОШ по разным общеобразовательным предметам.
Главным содержательным результатом стало то, что в ходе интервью были выявлены разнообразие и разнородность практик поддержки и поощрения — это может говорить о ненормированности такого рода практик со стороны школы и неформализованности роли школы в олимпиадном движении в целом.
