В этой статье мы представляем диалог ректора Томского государственного университета Эдуарда Галажинского с Александром Асмоловым. Они рассуждают о праве университета на избыточность и свободный поиск, о продуктивном конфликте, об управлении на основе ценностей, а не только метрик, а также о том, как взращивать способность жить и действовать в неопределенности.
