ДОСТУПНОСТЬ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ для коренных малочисленных народов Севера

Статья посвящена размещению образовательных учреждений на территории Крайнего Севера и анализу их доступности жителям Арктической зоны РФ, относящимся к коренным малочисленным народам. В статье проводится проверка предположения о том, что ареалы прожи­ вания коренного населения находятся в географической удаленности от школ, что препятствует получению обязательного среднего образования всеми жителями Для изучения данной проблемы был применен метод пространственного анализа, который позволяет спроектировать и визуали­ зировать расположение образовательных учреждений на арктических территориях. Поданным о местах расселения коренных малочисленных на­ родов и расположения образовательных учреждений были построены карты, отражающие расположение школ и радиус их доступности по отноше­ нию к местам проживания КМНС. На основании построенных карт сделан вывод о неполном соответствии количества школ численности народов, проживающих на данных территориях, и несоблюдении в ряде случаев норм транспортной доступности. Вместе с тем руководством арктических регионов ведется политика по развитию кочевого образования, что является целесообразным в условиях Крайнего Севера.
